A producer can play a critical, yet often ambiguous, role in crafting a recording. I provide a comprehensive, start to finish approach to making a record. This process can include pre-production planning, song selection, editing, and even co-writing to refine your music. I also assist with creative decisions such as selecting tones, choosing instruments and microphones, and offering guidance on playing techniques that bring out the fullest emotional impact in your music. Together, we’ll create a recording that truly represents you and your taste.

To me, mixing is one of the most important steps in the recording process. I have a real passion for it and love the challenge of fitting all the pieces of the music together in the most emotionally impactful and sonically interesting way possible. I’m drawn to music that captivates and transports listeners, and finding the music’s natural sweet spot feels like solving a puzzle to me.

I also offer mastering services to help take your mixes to the final level of professional polish and quality. That said, I don’t typically mix and master the same project—I strongly believe mastering is best handled by a third party to ensure objective decisions about the music.
